10.02.22 – Canonet

Just bought an overpriced Canonet QL17 (299.-€) from one of the most expensives second hand shops 1n Berlin.

I decided to go for a lightweigted camera that looks beautiful and is intended to be used all the time. The Canonet is a portable camera from the seventies with a superb 45mm single lens.

This is my first portrait shooting with this camera. In my opinion the camera is a no-brainer that produces good portraits, specially with black and white Ilford film.

I am very surprised that the lightmeter is still working after so many years.
Most of the pictures were sharp and in my opinion this camera is worth the money.
